Iron Paw Gang is an art-focused NFT project created by Adam Ape, launching on the Ethereum blockchain in Q1 2023. We’ll see in details why it’s worth taking a look at it and how you can already get exposure to this upcoming project. But first, let’s start with the founder.
Adam entered the web3 space as an anonymous digital artist with his first mint on the Ethereum blockchain back in september 2021: “Useless Musical Contraption” - auction won by the well known @deekaymotion (link to his twitter here) - Adam is currently one of the top grossing artists on Solana with over $700k of secondary volume thoughout his different collections in just one year.
On november 7th 2022 it was the first anniversary of his main project on Solana: “Voxel Monkes”, it’s a collection of 75 1/1 animated monkeys (link to the collection: here) that were auctioned off one by one. Back in 2021 the first Voxel Monke sold for 9 ◎ (around 2250$ / ◎ at $250), the last VM #75 auction settled for 863◎ on august 23rd 2022 (around $27,500). The collection made 10.9K◎ of secondary volume since the inception according to Magic Eden data.

Adam defines this collection as the “golden ticket” to his ecosystem and it has been already verified as such with how much value was given back to his holders in just one year, let me break it down:
After a year of mostly working on Voxel Monkes, Adam drops his first ever edition: 4x4, a 500 supply animated pixel piece of art. VM holders were rewarded with 3 whitelist spots for this mint, the current floor is around 85◎ right now meaning that if you minted and held all three you got 255◎ ($3570) of estimated value back on 1 mint. What’s a very interesting thing is almost all the above was done while being anon but Adam decided to dox himself in June 2022 and I encourage you to go read Adam’s thread here because I would just paraphrase him otherwise but let me just tell you some keypoints about his professional background: Adam is a 12 years veteran in the motion design and branding industry, with some of his most recognizable work being the A24 logo animation and the rebrand of the Google dynamic identity (you can find all of his work here: adamgrabowski.tv). I respect a lot the way he made his web3 art successful without grifting as a “veteran motion designer who worked for several big companies” like some others projects LOVE to do. Adam has a vision and he does it right.
